I love oats. Summer, winter, breastfeeding or not. But my busy mornings never leave much time to enjoy a warm, quiet bowl, so I’ve been grabbing a jar of quick, delicious overnight oats from the fridge most mornings.
This quick overnight oat recipe is not only great for breastfeeding but is also packed with protein, superfoods, collagen and is still low fat! You can spice it up however you see fit whether that be using almond or oat milk, low fat milk, adding cocoa or peanut butter. There is so much you can do with this delicious, quick meal.
So here it is, my quick, delicious overnight oats recipe.
- 40ml milk
- 40g oats
- 10g chia seeds
- 15ml maple syrup
- 15g almond butter
- 2 scoops Beauty Greens
Mix this all together and pop into the fridge. This makes 1 serving so I try and make 3 or 4 so that most mornings are taken care of in advance.
